Hello ! and let me introduce myself since I dont have an ‘about me’ page set up yet. My name is Chris and I am new to Blogging. I have a wonderful sister that is helping me set this us, so I should be up and running very soon.
I am a singe Mom who lives life to the fullest. My main goal is to be as happy as possible. I have realized that this is not as easy as it sounds, but I am on my way and lovin’ every step of the way !
Right now we are in the process of getting Tile for my Kitchen, Entryway and Hallway. Mind you, my house is very small, but I hope this will open it up and give it a new look. I am soo excited ! And I am learning so much ! I love to learn and soak up new things. And this is totally new for me. Moving the fridge and stove was rather tricky, but I did have a relative help me; I think getting it all back together will be the hard part.
Wards Discount Carpet is installing the Tile for me. They are wonderful ! When I originally went in the store to browse around, not one sales person attacked me ! They greeted me at the door and said if I needed any help, just ask. I was free to roam at my leisure w/no one hounding me. I love looking around by myself. I am rather a recluse, but I am working on that too!
So thats my story for today. Please be patience as in the next couple weeks I should be up and running.

My home has been in a constant state of remodel for a couple of years now. I added a room and a huge wrap-around lanai (used contractors for those jobs) and the kitchen will be next – when I have the money! It gets expensive but it’s so much fun. I did the floors in three rooms myself and will eventually do the rest of the house. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
We’ve been looking for new flooring. It’s so fun to browse those home improvement stores. You’ll have to post pictures of the before and after.

Skeet, Thanks for your comment. I have many little projects I would love to do around the house, but as you say, it gets expensive, so I have to take it very very slowly
