Personally, I never cared for the taste of marzipan, but I’ve always been fascinated with the kinds of things it can be made into. These little piggies are very cute. They look like little toys. I also noticed the marzipan in the photo a couple of posts down the page, too. Very nice.

Hi Frigga, they what the Danish call Marzipan. Its almond paste and powder sugar. Very yummy, plus they are fun to make.
