I am having withdrawls. This has happened to me before when I first started my diet and lost my original 40 pounds. But now, I gained 12 back and have to get back with it! For the past few weeks we have been eating terribly; pizza, hamburgers and tacos. So much meat! I can feel the grease in my skin. Anyways, I am back to eating only veggies and no meat. However, my body is not used to this anymore. I have had a terrible headache, my stomach is screaming for food, I cant sleep, I am grumpy all the time and feel just lousy. Granted, this could be due to that fact that I am still sick, but I dont think so. I have to detox my body, and after about a week of this, I should be cleaned out (sorta speak). I am going down to see the Nurse today (as we now have a nurse here at work!) to make sure I am okay health wise.
I am really looking foward to next week. When these withdrawls are over and done with!

try to make sure you are still getting enough protein. {hugs}
