I finally did it; I joined SocialSpark. I have heard positive and also somewhat negative remarks about it, so I decided to check it out myself.
Right now, in my early stages of SocialSpark, I am a tad confused. On the Opp’s, there are the little, and I mean Little ! green boxes that mean the Opp is available, but then the little box next to it is Red, so I guess that it means it is not available for me. Which kinda sucks, but I am new, so I better be patient. I did do a search for blogs to see if I was going the right way, and I did find my sisters profile. I hope she doesn’t mind me linking her. She has helped me so much, she is always there for me and I am truly lucky to have her as my sister XO.
Anyways, I think I need a Users Guide for SocialSpark. Good thing though, that I have been reading other blogs and they are very informative on how to start out with SocialSpark. Oh, wait! I just found the RealRank and Alexa Rank graphs, now those are totally cool! Ooo and we get to comment on other bloggers Profiles too, that is good.

Can it finaly be Friday?! I am ready for this weekend. Plus, it is not even supposed to rain! Last weekend it was a downpour and a record cold, burr. This weekend I hope to get my inside plants back outside. I have one of those Garden Windows in my kitchen and its loaded w/Cactus. They are all going outside so I can see out the window once again. It will be nice to clean it all up too! We have lots of running around to do this weekend as well, but Sunday should be a stay at home day. I think. Maybe. Hm, not sure anymore. Things always come up. XO

I have been thinking about getting me some Business Cards. I want some with my Blog name and a little blip about it. No phone number or email address, just my blog address. It is true that I don’t get out much, but when I do and meet new people, I’d like to give them my card. Well, there is a little truth about me wanting more hits on my blog too! But mostly I want to network with other bloggers and friends more via the internet. I still have this phobia about the phone and hate to use it.
There are a few places on line that I could order them from no problem. However, VistaPrint does other printing jobs too, like rubber stamps, mailing labels, all types of announcements and they will customize any job as well. Custom jobs are the best ya know, because they do what you want them to do. Ha!
Best of all, they do Sticky Notes. I love Sticky Notes! I have a small collection of them. Some are way too fun to use, and whenever I see some cool ones I have to buy them. I guess I have this addiction to Sticky Notes. If I could get some with my blog spider picture printed on them . . . oooo, that would be pretty neat

Okay, I am totally ROFL here at work right now and just had to share. I work, lets just say, for one of the top 3 Credit Card Companies and I sit in a row of cubbies. My Boss sits just one down from me and he is right now on the line w/the Help Desk, on speaker phone. We are both just dyin’ over here as neither one of us can understand this guy ! Yes . . our Help Desk is in India. They talk very fast English, but let me tell ya, it sure does not sound anything like English. We catch about one word per entire sentence. We encounter this problem all the time too. I know they mean well, but come on ! So much time is wasted, which of course translates to productivity wasted, which translates into money waisted. We all just dread calling the Help Desk around here.

We are migrating to a new sign in process and about half our floor is having problems, as in they cannot get signed in! So everyone is sitting around blabbing away about nothing. My time has not come yet, but I am dreading it already. Dreading it almost as much as putting on French maid costumes and cleaning up my house! Which, by the way, is a totaly disaster right now!

Well I am now participating in the EntreCard drops. I am still trying to figure it all out, as it always takes me a few days to get the hang of new things. So far tho, it’s been pretty neat! I am not into SpeedDropping, as I tend to sit awhile and read the blogs, and yes, that is very time consuming, but I can always get me a Bvlgari watch to keep me on track. But really, I do love a lot of the blogs out there and I can totally relate to them, it is very fun meeting new bloggers, visiting new sites and learning new things.

I love Books, I could sit on the couch all day and just read. In fact, when I was younger, I do remember reading all summer. My Mom used to come in my bedroom and try to get me outside, but nope, I just wanted to read.
I am not one to write a book though, unlike my sister, who has two in the makings, I just like to read them. I hope she keeps at it so that she can publish them. She can always do Online Publishing first and see what happens after that! I am supposed to be reading/editing one of her books, and I am trying to find the time, really ! So far it is great and I have not forgotten about it either XO

Well, today is just not getting any better ! ! ! After the ‘scale’ incident this morning, I get a phone call from my son (on his new cell!), saying that he just threw up. eGads, at least he was at home this time and not at school. So my terrific Dad called the school and excused him. What is strange, is that I think he is over-stressed. It’s the last few days of school and even tho he is in 7th Grade, they are having Finals! He did not eat a thing for dinner last night and woke up w/a raving headache. No Fun. I am getting off work early today to go get him. So much for my much needed nap today. pooh.

Is an Ostrich a Bird ? I have often wondered this. Really, cuz there is a Lama farm that I drive by every day and even though I know that is not a bird, it makes me think of other strange and interesting creatures. My son too, always tells me about unique animals and he told me one day that the Bird is the only real living relative to the Dinosaur. But I am getting off topic here.
