I am in trouble. I have eaten all the food that I brought in to work today and its only 13:00. This is what I ate: Bagel w/WeightWatchers Cream Cheese, blueberries, raspberries, apple, strawberries and some low fat wheat crackers. I am still trying to do my Mid Year, but find myself avoiding it as much as possible. I truely love my job and would rather be here than in an one of the many jobs in Boston, but today IS Monday and it’s a tough one for sure.
Tonight I make my weekly trip to our local Organic Farm and pick up me and my sisters’ veggies. So I need to stay strong for just a few more hours, cuz when I get home I will not have time to think about food, just drive around getting it! *sigh*

Ugh, I hate days like that and then I’ll have the days that everything sounds disgusting and don’t want to eat. Can’t there be a happy medium every single day?

You can make it thru the afternoon! It’ll be tough, but we’re all pulling for you. It has proven true in my life that you can’t avoid thinking of something. So choose something other than eating or wanting to eat and focus all your thoughts on that. Let us know how it goes.
