I think they are great. In 2006 I had three accidents within three months (they all hit ME) and they took care of everything including sueing the guy who had no insurance! I use state farm, too. I get a new windsheild and it seems like right away I get another rock mark or crack in it. We live down about 4 miles of dirt road but it seems like the highway is where they happen the most.
