One Weigh at at Time

One Weigh at a TimeI am rather behind this week, eek! We are back in the swing of school, work and home that I have no time to blog at night, plus – things are rather touchy here at work, so I have to be very careful. But enough excuses!!!

Taking it off Together Tuesday has changed to One Weigh at a Time and I am still on board. I am just starting over, heeheehee.
I will be brave and tell you-all that my goal is too loose 10 pounds. Right now I am at 155.4 and I want to reach 145. I can do this, I was there last summer (for about a month!) and I want to be there again. I know I can do it, I just HAVE to do it. End of Story.

ugh. Easier Said Than Done :)

    You sure can do it!!! It hard but you have been there before so you can do it again. 2 days down for me and I did good. I’m taking it day by day. I really want this weight off but I love food. OH MY!!!!!

    I should be careful at work too. I have been out of control lately. I am at home sick today though … anyway! I know you can lose those 10 lbs. It’s a new beginning!!

    Ah yes the New Year weight goals. :) I am with you all. I have set a goal to ride the Mountains of Misery bike ride this year. That means 125 miles and 13,000 feet of climbing in one day. I don’t relish the thought of carrying this fat ass all those miles and over those mountains. I need to lose about 20 by May.
