Stress Sucks

eGads I am so tired. I went to bed tired and woke right back up tired. I was so tired that whilst walking to heat up my Oatmeal here at work, I tripped (cuz I cant seem to walk today) and my dry oatmeal went flying all over the carpet. At least it was not the Hot Coffee that went flying. ugh.
I think it has a lot to do with Stress. Everyone is stressed out everywhere and it’s starting to get to me too. The good part is that I am not over eating. I do not need to take a diet pill to curb my hunger as I just dont seem hungry these days. gotta be Stress, I hate Stress ! !

I agree it is stress. I’m so tired all the time too. I don’t think I go into that rest part of sleep. My mind just doesn’t stop. I sure wish it would and then maybe I wouldn’t feel tired.

I know the feeling! I cannot seem to rest properly either!! Haven’t had a GOOD night’s sleep this whole year! I have had a constant headache for the past week, so I really need to get rid of it!

Tonight, being it weekend and all, I’m going to make myself a cup of chamomile tea before bed, pop a Rescue tablet, and try to SLEEP.

Hope you feel better soon :) I think the BEST treatment would be to go to a spa, and just be spoiled, but unfortunately my wallet is still recovering from the December damage :P

I’m with you on the stress thing. It affects my sleep and my mood and my ability to not spill things and trip over myself. Laughing about the oatmeal thing because I have a tendency to spill that too. I have a mugful every morning at work. Dry oatmeal is the hardest thing to pick up off the carpet. Hang in there!
