Yesterday my son decided that he wanted to have some of his friends over for a Nerf War. He was able to gather three of his friends at the last minute in school today, and they came over this afternoon for about three hours. We are talkin’ 4 Junior High School boys here; around 14-15 years old. O.M.G. I thought the roof of our house was going to fly off! I never knew that boys could be so loud, so rude, so obnoxious! I was just about ready to run away for a medical travel trip as I swear I almost had a heart attack!
Most of the time my son has pretty good mannors, but I guess when he is with other boys, things change. I never heard so much talk about farting, belching, swearing, girls, and the list goes on! I guess boys are a little different from us nice girls.
So next time he wants a Nerf Gun War, I will suggest he only invite one boy over, heeheehee.
