So far I have been doing pretty good with my walkings on the treadmill-even tho its only Week 2! I think for me, this is the best fat burner exercise option I have, okay, and want as I hate exercising! Today however, I am dragging and have not gone down to our fitness center here at work. I had a meeting at the time I usually go and its has messed up my schedule; and I like keeping the same boring schedule!
Plus, two out of the three treadmills are broken so I have to find a time the dang lone treadmill is open. Right now its just too much of a hassel. But my goal for the end of this month is to loose 7lbs! Errrr. I still have 5 hours left here at work – I guess I could find Some time . . . .
