This past week was not a good one for sure. I gained Four Pounds. Sorry to say, this was not shock tho. Easter Dinner was sooo good I could not pass up on seconds, plus we hit a burger joint last week, so right there that adds up.
And I think my body is getting used to the Treadmill. I need to search the web directory to see what other kinds of stuff I can do on the Treadmill other than walking (if this is even possible!). I really like the Treadmill, so I want to keep at it. I just hope I can loose those four pounds this week and break even. sheesh, sometimes I really hate holiday foods.

Blek! Well, hopefully April will be better. I’m determined to lose weight this month! Maybe I need to go walking or something tho.
