So I take a few days off work last week so that I can work around the house, and do some yardwork as well since the weather has been beautiful, but noooooo. I come down with some wierd symptoms and pretty much spent the weekend laying down.
I have been so dang dizzy! The world just spins around me and I sit still trying not to get sick to my stomach! So today I see the Nurse and she says I have something called Peripheral Vertigo. I guess its common for women my age, sheesh. Anyways, it is a strong sensation of spinning or hurtling towards the ground; worsened by rapid movement, or in my case, any stinkin’ movement at all!. She said it could last up to 6 weeks. OMG.
But I guess the good news is that I know what it is now, and I can plow right thru it (like I do everything else) and hope I dont fall over and kill myself.
The nurse did also give me a presciption that will help quence the nausea, so I guess as long as I dont spew everywhere I will be okay just spinning around all day long . . . . . total bummer.

That sounds pretty crazy. Good to not spew every where. It happened here in our office yesterday. A pregnant woman spewed all the way from her office to the bathroom. ugh!
Yikes! How weird! I hope I don’t get it in 4 years…. lol.
I hope it goes away soon!
